A & G Kouzali Law office, Administrators of SNK Companies, would like to inform all clients of Dinos Villas, which have been previously constructed by SNK developers, that during our work progress and work due diligence and the continuing construction which we have instigated, we have discovered a big issue with the ‘level’ of the road, for which we had to put at hold all construction in order to make sure that all measures are taken to safeguard your title deeds.
We have employed the services of a specialist (along side with our architect and constructors) who has advised us that in order to continue with any further construction it is necessary to rectify this issue. We have been measuring the levels of every house – even the existing delivered houses – the street level and the all drainage, private and public.
Once this has been resolved then we will continue with construction at the project as normal. We expect this issue to be resolved immanently and we will update you once we have any further developments. We will also try to push forward the construction of the houses despite the lengthy necessary delay. Kindly note that similar issue – not as serious as Dinos though – appeared and was successfully sorted out at Elena Phase 1, which we are delivering now.
We would like to apologize for the delay but your security of the title deed cannot be jeopardized. The least we can offer you is that we will always try to deliver you the best possible houses with the least of the problems. We kindly ask you to be patient and the issue is expected to be sorted very soon.
