at the Head Office of Electricity Authority in Larnaca at 09:00 on Tuesday
The meeting was about all cases of SNK – as to where each application for Electricity is on individual projects.
SNK VENUS HOME DEVELOPMENTS
- Case 400056344 Plot 937. Pending since March 2007. We have covered the documents needed and finalise this issue and now its on the successful completed cases.
- Case 400001759 Flora Project. Pending since January 2006! The same result with the expert advise of our electrician and his full support and as the above the case in now finalised
- Case 400125430 Plot 331 – Dinos Project. Pending since July 2008. We must provide the E. Authority with the application for the division of land (which is pending since 28/7/2008) and then they must meet with Architect and the electrician. A letter has been given to us on the day. The folder is with Margarita Eleftheriou on the 3rd floor. Telephone 24204020
- Case 400068954 Plot 995 - Elena Gdns. Pending since June 2007. This case is in conjunction with SNK Exclusive case number 400103592. We must pay the amounts of 18.759,20 and 7.792.76 plus some administration expenses. This amount was determined and expected to be paid since January 2009 Our administration sign two different documents to inform the Electricity authority that we are going ahead with ELENA GARDENS and we will pay this amount asap.
- Case 300179036 Flora Project. Pending since August 2005! At the current moment we are getting electricity from another provider. The administration signed documents and from November 2009 the electricity will be directly to the project.
- Case 400104550 Project Penny Lane. Pending since March 2008. The situation here is almost finalised. We must complete the remaining 1 villa asap and the electrician must provide evidence that all has been done properly. It’s a matter of weeks to finalise this successfully as well.
- Case 400085708 Project Flora. Pending since October 2007 With certain acknowledgement and some paperwork by the electrician Pambos the Electricity authority closed this case as successful.
- Case 400036263 Project in Ormidia. Pending since November 2006. Once more our electrician provided certain documentation and the case is now finalised.
SNK EXCLUSIVE PROPERTIES LTD
- Case 400129422 Plot 995 Elena Gardens. Pending since August 2008 This is the provision for the 3 houses already delivered – as per electricity authority. We have finalised paperwork and we will cover 300 Euros for renewal of temporary electricity provision
- Case 400103592 Plot 995 Elena Gardens Project. Pending since February 2008. This case is conjunction with case no 4 on SNK VENUS.
- Case 400095816 Plot 344 Pyla. White Mountain. Pending since January 2008This Project in Pyla is for on block of flats. There is temporary electricity provision. There is also an application to remove High voltage Electricity cables. The Electricity authority will start again the procedures and we need a certificate from the civil engineer that they have constructed certain parts as per the Electricity authorities’ recommendations. The documents where given to us and we will proceed with signatures by Mr. Minas asap.
- Case 400095815 Plot 344 Pyla White Mountain. Pending since January 2008 This case is together with No 3
- Case 400056344 Plot 275 , 344 Pyla White Mountain. Pending since August 2007. This case is again in conjunction with the above two cases.
