Council of Minister Application
Although Cyprus is now in the E .U, anyone who does not have the Cypriot nationality is considered as an alien. The Council of Ministers application therefore is necessary for anyone that wishes to acquire immovable property in Cyprus. This procedure will be conducted by an experienced member of our staff on your behalf. In order to proceed with the council of ministers application we will need the following from you:
1. Latest three month’s bank statements.
2. To fill in the enclosed forms. Please note that this must be done in BLUE ink.
