RENEW YOUR VEHICLE TAX OR GET TOWED REMIND LAWYERS IN CYPRUS
To all of our A&G Kouzali Cyprus Lawyers website visitors, we would like to remind you to renew your vehicle registration tax no later than Monday 15th February 2010. Vehicle tax can be renewed from as early as the 1st of January 2010 and this can be done via internet/bank or any relevant vehicle tax office.
If your vehicle tax is not renewed by the 15th February, it is deemed a criminal offence. Another issue to be wary of also is that no vehicle tax will seriously affect your car insurance. No vehicle tax means no car insurance as your insurance is deemed void.
The department of Road and Transport will not be sending out notices so we urge you to set yourself a reminder. As of the 16th February 2010 control cars will be looking our for vehicle tax dodgers and vehicles will be removed by the authority of the police and the Department of Road and Transport.
For those of you who are not intending to renew your vehicle tax for 2010 the appropriate documents or certificates should be presented in accordance with the reason for non-renewal.
