Application by an alien for the consent of the Council of Ministers to acquire immovable property in Cyprus (Form Comm. 145)
From 01st May, 2009 the above mentioned application will not longer be needed for the member states of the European Union, who don’t have their permanent residence in Cyprus. Particularly from the 04th May, 2009 and according to the regulations of the European Union, members states of the European Union, will not be consider as aliens and they will not need to apply for the consent of the Council of Minister to acquire any immovable property in Cyprus.
This circular has been issued by Cyprus Ministry of Interior – Department of Land and Surveys.
This circular has not being complied with the local regulations.
