Please find below the details of some important documents that you will require, so you will to be able to proceed with your residency visa:
1. You have taken delivery of a house/apartment and you have a copy of your land registered contract.
2. Pink Slip
3. Clean Criminal Record (CV, Photos, Marriage Certificate, Certificate from School, University which is beneficial, e.t.c.).
4. Copy of your passport
5. Alien Book
6. Bank Statement in Cyprus (Showing a minimum deposit of €550,000, Five Hundred and Fifty Thousand Euros) in your account for at least one month after the application and then you can allocate the money as you wish (There is a proposal, which is not yet not approved, that the amount will be reduced to €350,000 (Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand Euros) for Iranian nationals.
Kindly note that if you have, for example, £100,000 GBP (One Hundred Thousand GBP) in any bank this is also beneficial also. Also if you have any income from abroad, for example, if you have shops, apartment, house e.t.c. and you are renting them and you deposit those funds in to a foreign Bank Account, a statement from that account will also assist your application.
Kindly note that when the applicant is of a certain age the procedures are easier!
The above application is conducted twice a year, once in June and once in November and you must apply providing the above documents 3 (Three) months in advance!
