Chasing nonpaying owners

Every owner on a communal project (a project with 5 or more properties) must pay communal fees.

It is a legal obligation under the Cypriot Constitution and specifically the Immovable property law that each owner must pay their share of the communal fees required to maintain the complex.

If an owner doesn’t pay their communal fees, the committee can proceed with legal action to recover the fees through the courts by appointing a lawyer.

The lawyer will proceed to reclaim the outstanding fees from the owner on behalf of the committee.

At G KOUZALIS LLC we have a specific package designed for committees in order to assist them in chasing non paying owners as well as a host of other issues. If you would like to discuss this with us, please contact us to discuss this further.
