G KOUZALIS LLC, your Cyprus Lawyers would like to inform our distinguished clients, associates and friends that as per the latest circular of the planing authority dated 06/11/2023, that to achieving the goal of the Ministry of Interior to simplify and speed up the development licensing process, from 1/1/2024 applications for the granting of a planing permit will not be accepted without the submission of an external demarcation certificate so that the applications are based on real data and avoid future problems at all licensing stages (amending planing permits, building permits, approval certificates) which complicate the securitization process at a later stage.
