At G KOUZALIS LLC, as part of our stringent KYC (Know Your Client) procedure we insist on meeting every client FACE TO FACE who engages our service. This is something our office has always insisted on, however, we emphasize this more to possible new clients due to the new strict AML (Anti-money laundering) procedures which both the Central Bank of Cyprus and the Cyprus Bar Association have implemented in recent years.
On our first meeting with you, we will collect the appropriate information required as well as conducting a small interview with you (this is not invasive and is mere to satisfy the above criteria). Once the paperwork has been completed, we will continue to your case.
Our specialist staff are available to speak to you / discuss your case through a variety of means. We do kindly request that any questions you have been put to us in writing, ideally by email and we will respond to you in writing. However, once we have conducted our initial meeting and for practical and financial reasons (to avoid coming to Cyprus for a meeting), we do offer Skype conference calls to our clients. That way you can meet with us, and discuss your case from the comfort of your own home.
