G.Kouzalis LLC notes that through naturalisation by exception, Cyprus offers a very attractive Investment Scheme for obtaining Cyprus Citizenship. The investment could be in Cyprus properties, participation in Alternative Investment Funds and Registered Alternative Investment Funds and participation in Cyprus companies.
An investor who invests in properties has the right to apply for his Cyprus passport with a minimum investment of €2.000.000 provided that one of the properties will be used as his permanent home in Cyprus and the purchase price of the property will be minimum €500,000 plus vat.
As per the latest regulations of the program, part of the terms is a minimum donation of €75.000 to the Research and Innovation Foundation and a donation of €75.000 to the Cyprus Land Development Corporation.
Several Cyprus lawyers have granted the necessary governmental license to represent the Investors during the procedures to acquire their Cyprus passport.
