Yesterday, on the 20/06/2022, our esteemed partners successfully managed to receive a court order from the Honourable Court of Limassol, in favour of our Clients concerning the below:
The court ordered that for any transactions and/or money paid in a Lebanese Bank with a branch in the Republic of Cyprus, and if those amounts and/or money were kept and/or maintained in a Lebanese Bank, the Bank in question is obligated to return the said money to the Clients in Cyprus.
