Based on the updated instructions issued by the Ministry of Health regarding the vaccinated passengers traveling to Cyprus and mainly upon their arrival on the European Island from May 10th, 2021, and onwards, the following will apply:

All passengers regardless of departure country, who hold a valid SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) vaccination certificate from EU Member States, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Israel, UK, Serbia, Armenia, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE, USA, and Canada will be exempt from compulsory molecular testing as well as from self-isolation/quarantine.

The vaccination certificate will be considered valid provided the vaccination has been carried out with either one of the vaccines approved by the European Medicines Agency (Phizer-BioNTech, AstraZeneca, Moderna, Janssen) or Sputnik vaccine and the required doses of the respective vaccine have been completed. It is noted that, passengers who have been vaccinated with Janssen must have at least 14 days elapsed between the vaccination and the date of travel.

The Cyprus Flight Pass electronic declaration also remains mandatory for all passengers and must be submitted within 24 hours before the departure of the flight. It is noted that, upon their arrival in the Republic of Cyprus, the passengers in question will not be excluded from any RT-PCR laboratory sampling examination that maybe carry out by the Ministry of Health and the strict implementation of the health protocols in force in the Republic of Cyprus.
